Today is the feast of the Holy Trinity! The mystery of faith that is not easy to explain! There are many people who make the metaphor Trinity. Some are comparing it with: the sun, the sun, the sun's heat. Is this explanation sufficient to explain the Trinity? Not! Unity of the Trinity is a mystery that may not be explained by the sun, light and heat. Some are made of paper cutouts, but the three parts are made in such a way so as not to cut off, so as to keep the unity. Is that as easy to explain the Trinity? Cuisine scrap paper to explain the mystery of the Trinity? There is also the unity of the Trinity explained by mixing water, sugar and coffee. Which is more terrifying. Our God Almighty that great compared to the sugar, water and coffee?
Do not be explained by comparison of the Trinity-2 mundane objects? It's OK, but it should be realized that any comparison was never adequate. The mystery of the Triune God in unity. Scholars have tried to make an explanation of the Trinity, but still too inadequate. Perhaps the most interesting explanation (at least for me) is what happened to St. Augustine. When he was a walk on the beach while thinking constantly about the Trinity, he had a vision of a child is transferring seawater into tiny wells. Augustine said, "How can we move to the glittering ocean water small wells, sonny?" The boy said, "That is Mr. create. How could Dad thought that the great mystery of the Trinity is the Father of the finite mind of it! "Augustine later realized.
With our brains are small and limited, may we know the great God and the mystery of it? Let alone understand God, to understand ourselves we were not able to. Perhaps the most respectful attitude is to bow your head while pleading mercy faith, so that by faith we are slowly able to believe in the Triune God was just great. All we ask is faith, not the knowledge to investigate the ongoing Trinity. Because the more we investigate, especially with the desire to know everything about God, we will be trapped in the maze of confusing. However, with humility and faith, maybe in the course of time, the Lord will give me the grace of knowing the Trinity to us.

Explanation of the structure and its parts

Eucharistic Prayer (abbreviated DSA) is the peak celebration of Mass and the essence of our faith. DSA is a prayer of thanksgiving and sanctification. The most important part in the Eucharistic Prayer is:
a. Preface (standing): that is to say a prayer that accompanies the sacrifice, as a form of thanksgiving for all His saving work.
 - Priest started with "The Lord be with you." And in charge "And also with you"
 - Imam called for more focus / direct notice / our hearts fully to the mystery of faith: "Let's drive to the heart of God", the people replied "It's our point"
 - The priest invites the people to give thanks to God "Let's give thanks to the Lord our God", the people replied: "It's our point."

There are 10 types of TPE in the Eucharistic Prayer and selected in accordance with the theme of one of the celebrations). Eucharistic prayer spoken by the priest alone. The parts of the Eucharistic Prayer:
 - Starting the prayer that the Holy Spirit consecrate the bread and wine
 - The most important part: the story of the institution and consecration, the bread and wine change into the Body and Blood of Christ transsubstansial. The story quoted words and actions of Jesus at the Last Supper that "Take and eat. This is my body which is given for you" and "Take and drink. Trophies This is my blood, the blood of the new and everlasting covenant which is shed for you and for all the eternal forgiveness. Do this for in memory of me. " There, Christ offered His Body and Blood under the appearances of bread and wine, and gave it to the apostles to eat and drink, sentence "Do this in memory of Me", which became the basis of the implementation of the Mass today.
 - After the consecration, spoken / sung anamnesis, stating the three mysteries of the Christian faith: Christ's death, resurrection and coming again.
 - Followed by a prayer with special intentions: for the souls of the saints, church leaders began the pope, bishops, priests to ordinary people. This excess of Catholics than the Christians, the Catholic Church has always prayed for the departed ancestors in order to obtain forgiveness of sins and eternal life.
 - Eucharistic Prayer closes with the doxology, which is praise to God, the priest raised the host and the chalice while saying "With the mediation of Christ, with Him and in Him, to Thee, God the Father almighty, in communion with the Holy Spirit, all honor and glory all time "and the people said" Amen ".
2. OUR FATHER (standing)
We prepare to eat and drink at the table of the Lord with the words that were taught by Jesus "Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our mistakes as we also forgive the guilt to us.
3. PEACE PRAYER (standing)
Communion (from the Latin 'communio' = partnership) is a source of reconciliation and fellowship with God and with all the people,

Every Sunday, we are presented with a brief catechesis. Some of this month, we got an explanation of the celebration of the Eucharist. Catechesis aims to make people get to know people and understand what is believed, what is celebrated and how understanding it brings us all to live life as disciples of Christ in everyday life. In addition, the goal of catechesis people to be people familiar with the activities of the Church, both the level of the parish, the diocese and even across the diocese.
Well, on this occasion, we do not discuss the continuation of the parts at the eucharist. Due date of May 5, 2013 was the first week in May, then we want to talk about the meaning of life in May for our faith.
In the liturgical calendar of the Catholic Church 2013, the month of May is the month of Mary as Mother of God. Therefore, there is a tradition in the Catholic communion throughout the month every day and night, the people pray the rosary. This is how we live our devotion or homage to Mother Mary. Every year on January 1, we celebrate the feast of Mary the Mother of God. And in May, we honor the Mother of God in prayer and worship for a month.
Mary Mother of God teachings affirmed in the Council of Ephesus in 431. Mary is the Mother of God (Theotokos) because Jesus is truly God. Mary is not only the mother of Jesus (Jesus is seen as a man) but truly Mother of God. The Bible gives answers to the title Mother of God: Behold a young woman shall conceive and bear a son, he would name him, Emanuel (Yes.07: 14). Mary as mother of God within the meaning of Elisabeth greetings to Mother Mary: "Who am I, that mother of my Lord comes to me?" (Luk.1 :42-43). When we reflect on Mary Mother of God, then we will be brought into the presence of Jesus as the Son of God. Therefore our familiarity with the Virgin Mary, brought us together with Christ as the Son of God. This is described in the following sentence: Per Mariam ad Yesum (Through Mother Mary came to Jesus. Spiritual journey during the month of May is over and with Mother Mary, we come to Jesus.
In addition in May as the month of Mary, Mother of God, by the Catholic Church in Indonesia, in May it has also been determined as National litugi. In May, the church asked us as a group and individually to refresh our understanding of the celebrations of faith (litugi) in the Catholic Church. Yes, in a catechetical community, we have a refreshing understanding of the people about the celebration of the Eucharist. KWI Liturgy Commission, invites us to study the Vatican II document on the Liturgy.
On 11 October 1962-8 December 1965, the bishops of the whole world, amounting to approximately 2,160 people involved in the Second Vatican Council in Rome. One result of this Council was the reform in the field of ecclesiastical liturgy. Our older generation will remember, used in the celebration of the Eucharist using the Latin language, the priest facing forward. Liturgical renewal could result in our decision to celebrate the Eucharist with the local language, liturgical songs composed in accordance with the rhythm of the song culture and the priest facing the people during the Eucharistic celebration. There are still many other changes. It is listed in the liturgical renewal of Vatican II document called "Sacrosanctum Consilium".
At the date of December 4, 2013, the document "Sacrosantum Consilium" reached the age of 50 years. During the month of May, the bishops' Commission for Liturgy has provided materials in liturgical catechesis with the theme: "Based on the Liturgical Renewal Refresher spirit Constitution on the Liturgy, Sacrosanctum Consilium." ....DETAILS

 Liturgy of the Eucharist
The first part of the liturgy of the eucharist is best described preparation offerings. The most basic theological reason is that events offering genuine, just happened at the time of the Eucharistic prayer, when offerings are true and unblemished Sacrifice of the Cross of Christ dikenangkan and presented.
a. Preparing the Altar
Mass offerings on race preparation can begin with two things at once, ie, with the collection and preparing the altar. Altar is a central place in the church building and the sanctuary. Altar has a dignity and a central place in the celebration of the Eucharist. The sanctity of the altar is not caused by the tabernacle, but because of God and all His sacrifice is present in the Eucharist, as the events that take place specifically on the altar. Altar cloths should be given a piece of white cloth. Above the altar cross and candlesticks dilatakkan enough, while the flower decoration should not be placed on the altar because it can block the view of the faithful.
b. The collection and procession Offerings
Collections or collecting money is an integral part of the preparation offerings. With the faithful tithing succeed and the possibility to participate in the offering materials prepared for the celebration of Christ's sacrifice on the altar memories. Indeed, to be changed into the body and blood of Christ is the bread and wine alone. However, all other persebahan materials, such as money, fruits, candles and so still has a spiritual significance as an expression of gratitude for the goodness of God's love of life and the meaning of the faithful response to God's love through a sign offering money or goods that for the purposes of the church and people in need. Thus people need to realize that the collection is not intended to burden the people Neriman or enrich the Church. Collections became an expression of gratitude and our desire to participate in the life of the Church and at the same time compassionate people with people, iSkin.
The results of the collection with the bread and wine as well as other offerings in the material brought by the faithful in procession offerings. Meanwhile, tithing and other offerings placed on material appropriate place and not on the altar. ....DETAILS

Last week we've talked about opening rites, and at this point we discuss the second part, the Liturgy of the Word.
II. Liturgy of the Word
Liturgy of the Word is made up of two main structures, namely the word of God and the word of God's people respond. Thus, the liturgy of the word contains a dialog that says the encounter between God and the people who responded to the word of God. The proclamation of the word of God held in the reading of scripture and homily that deepen the word of God. Responses people the word of God was revealed through the psalm response, introductory verse of the gospel, and the prayer of the faithful Syahdat
a. First Reading
On Sundays and holidays, we have three readings, the first reading, second reading and the Gospel. For daily Mass, the readings provided only two, namely the first reading and the gospel. First reading on Sunday and feast day is taken from the Old Testament. The first reading has a thematic relationship to the gospel, which shows the continuity of God's salvation history of the Old Testament reaching a peak in Jesus Christ who preached the Gospel.
b. Psalm Response (MT)
Psalm response was a response to the word of God's people who just preached or heard. Psalm response is not just a distraction or accompaniment, but in addition to being an expression of the psalm response response to the Word of God's people, as well as to encourage people to reflect and absorb the word of God.
c. Second Reading
Normally second reading is taken from the new agreement. So the reading is often called Epistle / epistles = new. Second reading proclaim faith in Jesus Christ in the context of actual problems of the early church. In liturgical reading both serve to prepare the people to the feast word, the Bible.
d. Bait Introduction to the Gospel
Bait Introduction to the Gospel is not the same as the psalm response. Psalm response is the response of the faithful upon reading earlier, while the temple introduction gospel just want to prepare people to hear the gospel to welcome the Lord Jesus Christ to be said in the gospel.
e. Gospel reading
Gospel reading is the culmination of the celebration of liturgy of the word. Reading of the gospel of Jesus himself pointed to the reality that remains present in the Church and continues to proclaim his gospel to every creature. Making a cross on the book by readers, revealed that in the cross of Christ preached the gospel. While making a cross on the forehead, mouth and chest revealed a readiness to testify about the word of God with courage without hiding our face, to recognize the gospel with mouth and keep it faithfully in our hearts. But there were interpreting making a cross on it as the third place; "your words O Lord, we think and ponder, we preach and we resapkan in the heart."

Rite opener aiming to unite the faithful who gather and prepare them to listen to the word of God and celebrate the Eucharist worthily.
a. Login procession
Entrance procession began when people had gathered, and the liturgical celebration march down the aisle, while it starts singing the opening. This liturgical processions officials greeted the faithful to stand while singing the opening song. Opening hymn aims to open the service, fostering unity, led into the mysteries of faith according to the liturgical season or feast. Opening hymn also aims to accompany the liturgical officer.
In the Eucharistic celebration gala procession sequence of the liturgy of the officers behind is as follows: Mesdinar smoky incense carrier (if any incensation), acolyte carrying candles flanking the cross procession, carrying the Gospel lector, communion steward (Acolytes), and most Imam behind is. Then up at the altar, kind of procession is organized as follows: the cross display near the altar, candles near the altar or above, and the Gospel placed on the altar.
b. Respect Altar and incensation
Respect altar carried by all officers solemn liturgy in a way bent. However, if the back of the altar are blessed sacrament in the tabernacle, all officers kneeling liturgy. Altar honored as the altar symbolizes the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. God, who died and rose to be present on this altar. He will give Himself to the faithful in the form of food and drink eucharist. In particular, Imam respect by kissing the altar. Kiss the altar a symbol to pay homage to Christ the High Priest.
c. Incensation
Incensation stated expressions of respect and prayer, as revealed in the book of Psalm 141:2: "Let my prayer is to You as incense offerings." Imam incensation and fill him with making the sign of the cross on it without saying anything. Before and after incensation, priest or officer always bowed reverently towards people or goods didupai. Incensation implemented by way of swinging the incense in the future.
d. Regards
After making the sign of the cross, the priest delivered greetings to the faithful. Regards the basic meaning is to declare that God is present in their midst. Greetings to the people not just priests are human - social as well as cultural sapa-greet, but a proclamation of the saving work of God through Christ.
e. Introduction
In this introductory section, delivered a very brief description of the theme or content of the mysteries of faith being celebrated in the eucharist that time.
f. Repentance
Penitential rite became a means for the faithful to express remorse and repentance of sin and guilt to God and neighbor. True repentance flow from our response for your love and goodness of God that we have previously experienced. Thus, our repentance is not repentance for the cause of God's mercy, but because they had been accosted by the mercy of God. Penance absolution that ended with a prayer of forgiveness. But it must be remembered that this absolution has no power to forgive like absolution in the sacrament of penance. ....DETAILS

 Dear brothers and sisters!
Several weeks ago, we were given a brief understanding of the sacrament Ekarisiti. Currently, we move further to understand the celebration of the Eucharist. So we, increasingly understand and appreciate the Eucharistic banquet.
At every door of the church, chapel or synagogue in the Catholic Church, we find a container filled with water. The water in the container is holy water. Holy water is natural water / almiah who have been blessed by the priest. People who go to worship, and left the church, they are usually dipped his right hand with the index finger, and made the sign of the cross. This is the right attitude and for that, the container is provided in the church door. Brothers and sisters have done many times. The kids even picked to reach the container, so that they can be hand-dipped in holy water.
Our lives begin to water
In the beginning of our personal lives, we got our human form in the fluid sac of amniotic fluid in the womb of the mother. Likewise, life the universe was preceded by the presence of water. In the story of creation described in Genesis: '... darkness was deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the water (Kej.1: 2.6). God always signifies a new life with water. For example, renewal of a sinful world, a world ravaged by the flood and after the flood receded, new life emerges. Similarly, Israel was redeemed from Egypt and they have to go through the red sea to get a new life. At the time of Moses, the water gives a spiritual rebirth for the nation of Israel.
Came the day "grace", the coming of the Lord Jesus, receive water from the divine power of the Word made flesh that the Lord Jesus. By sarakremen Baptist, drink water, we are born again of water and the Spirit (Yoh.3: 5). For the Church Fathers, when he fell in the water of the Jordan, Jesus has sanctified water around the world. Jesus made the water able to give divine life (Yoh.4 :10-14) for humans. Then water mark grace the Holy Spirit. This was later confirmed by the Last Book of Revelation "river of water of life, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and the throne of the Lamb (Rev 22:1).
Pondering all this, St.Thomas Aquinas concluded that the water has become a sacrament (sign of sanctification-consecration) and also natural since the creation in Jesus, the water became a sign of life by the Holy Spirit.
Holy water door of the Church: The History and Meaning
When the nation of Israel for the first time to build a place of worship, they are complete with bronze becana put in place at the entrance. This tradition, followed by the students. They wash themselves before praying in the synagogue. St.Paulus said:. . I want men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands (1 Tim 2:8). Holy hands which means hand washed with holy water. In the 2nd century (300san years), Tertullian to report that there is a habit to wash your hands before communion or worship. Eusabius historians, around the year 320 AD noted that that there is a fountain in a church in Tyre, where the faithful wash their hands.
