Daily Reflection: One Supper One Churchgoer

During the Mass session, after our Lord's Pray continued by the Lamb pray, we sing a song titled "Greetings of Peace" by shaking hands with your left and right, back and front. For us, Jesus is our peace.

He who can destroy a symbol of hostility barrier that separates us from each other. Symbol of hostility built barrier between Jews and foreign nations. Many barriers of hostility that separated husbands and wives, parents and children, employers and employees. That's not the physical separation of the concrete bulkhead, wood or steel, but spiritually the bulkhead hostility lack the will to forgive, bitter taste, anger or resentment or condescension. Barrier or barriers that can imprison us live forever in hell after life ends. Only Jesus can remove barriers that barrier.

We come from a certain area with certain traditions as well. And we all grew up and was educated in the atmosphere of the area or a particular tradition. Are we unknowingly bring habits or values in a less healthy life with it? Do we bring prejudices into tribal or ethnic partition of the partition dividing the community life and church life?

Invitation of Jesus to his disciples: "Come to a quiet place, so that we are alone, and the rest at once!"

And even then we also welcome the invitation. We need to rest to reflect for a moment. We need to separate the extent to which our mind we are caught in the barrier of hostility that keep the peace!

If the devil is not easily use our weak points are to guide and finally plunges us lose a true love of neighbor, and not peace but anxiety is a fruit!

We could lose. The peace which God bestowed upon us.

(Markus 6:7-13)

Arie Wongso tells of his experience, why he became a Catholic, follower of Christ. he was interested, not to hear the sermon of the priest or the teaching of catechists. Initially he was interested in being a Catholic because of his fellow workers. Colleagues are always coming to work on time. He rarely comes  late  to the office or go back home before business hours ended. He is friendly with everyone, he is working with full responsibility. He is always praised by the leader, but never gets arrogant or forget himself for the compliment. He is willing to help anyone who is in trouble or in need of assistance.

Arie who is still named Cheng Wongso very pleased to be a friend. Cheng asked why he could be someone like that? His friend replied, that his religion teaches him that way. Cheng was interested in the religious teachings of his friend and finally willing to be baptized a Catholic.

Arie  Wongso's friend does not preach about the Catholic religion. Ways and patterns of life which fascinates and draws people to become Catholics.

Jesus sent His disciples out two by two to proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom of God. Tasks assigned to them are very heavy, but they should act and be mediocre. They are only allowed to carry a stick, while other utensils should not be considered. The mission was conducted in two ways, namely through the words and deeds. With these words, they encourage and lead people to repentance. By deed, they tried to evict devil, to heal those who are sick.
Jesus also assigned tasks to them to teach. Until now, all followers of Christ rest upon the same task, although the shape is different according to time, circumstances and local

(Mark 6:1 - 6)

Since Old Testament times there were those who selected and sent to voice the will of God. Those people have the grace of the Spirit of prophecy, for example, the prophet Ezekiel. The prophets were ordinary people, who called with all his weaknesses. Paul reflected that weakness that need to be "God's power is made perfect" (2 Cor 12:9).

Jesus as a prophet of his day were chosen and sent by God to convert and maintain the flock of God, namely Israel. Jesus was confronted with those of their countrymen and contemporaries who rejected Him. It was recognized Him, because it is Israel's treatment of  its prophets. Despite been rejected, as the prophet Jesus remained faithful to God and continue to carry out his task is to proclaim justice and truth.

Experience of rejection did not stop with Jesus but continues to His disciples, even to this day. Be the ones who called and sent forth to proclaim the good news means always ready to suffer. If we look at this age, who do not suffer, be rejected even lives threatened when speaking the truth and justice? We'll see Munir case and a number of other cases. They immediately annihilated.

The farmers are voicing their rights, the traders who survive, the volunteers who fought for the sake of humanity, even to help our brothers and sisters in the affected areas became victims of injustice and untruth. But with different experience, as Christians, whether we should retreat from the voice of justice and truth?

Death is not the end of everything. Prophetic spirit will always descend on those who dare speak out loud the voice of God. Do you dare?

"Those who sow in tears will reap with cheers. People who go forward with a cry as he sowed the seed, would come home with cheers as ....DETAILS

For parents or relatives who have sons and daughters who will enter school at the next level, this time focusing on the preparation of their sons and daughters education: enroll the children, shopping for school needs, looking for boarding house or dormitory, and so forth. Currently, we have a lot of agenda and bustle, there is a holiday and some are working.

On this occasion, we present the important things that the Church is designed to maintain our faith and keep living out our faith. First, Pope Benedict XVI has announced that from October 2012 - November 2013 to be a year of faith. To that end, the Pope's apostolic letter issued to all the people with the title "porta fidei (Kis.14: 27), meaning the door of the priest. The Pope said that when the Word of God proclaimed, man let his heart is always shaped by the grace of change. Since being baptized we begin to enter into a journey of faith in the Blessed Trinity. Death and then brings us to the top of the relationship with the Trinity sanctuary.

Pope expects that this faith in the year, every Catholic awakens in himself the aspiration to recognize the fullness of faith in the new faith, with belief and hope. Soon, the diocesan catechesis division and parish Medan will ask people to improve their enlightment, adoration and devotions (rosary prayer, the devotion of the saints, devotion to the sacred heart of Jesus, divine mercy devotion), teaching about faith in the environment, stations and groups. Each group and the environment should take the initiative to deepen the meaning of the apostles creed (credo), the action calls for a priest for young people.

While in the Archdiocese of Medan, the fruit

In the past, God promised to send someone who would save mankind. We really need help. God also promised that He would tell us if the Saviour would come. Tdhan said that he would send someone who would be kind of a news anchor coming.
John was the news broadcaster. He is like a news anchor on TV. John is a very important figure  until the day we celebrate his birth. We celebrate Jesus' birth on December 25. It says in the gospel, six months earlier, Elizabeth had conceived John in her womb. Then on June 24th, we commemorate the birth of John the Baptist.
When John the Baptist saw Jesus, is not to say: "That's Jesus" or "That's the Savior" or the "Messiah". No. John said: "That's the Lamb of God" (Jn 1:29). In the eucharistic worship, we worship the peak, the Church did the same before the Holy Communion, Priest holds the Host! The priest who presided at the Mass does not say:
Communion "or" This is Jesus ". But instead, he says to people:" This is the Lamb of God. "
Jewish thought about the sheep are different from us. For them, the Lamb is the symbol of the Jewish Passover, their Worship Center, and the symbol of freedom (Exodus 12:3). Sheep was used by God as Israel frees hundreds of years in Egyptian bondage. The people of Israel and their freedom and independence as well as dignity of slavery from the slaves!
Today we celebrate the birthday of John the Baptist. John still remains directing us to Jesus, the Lamb of God. When we believe in Jesus, then we are freed from fear (Isaiah 49:4) and of spiritual paralysis (Luke 1:64) and dart release of our sins (Acts 13:24).
Only two saints who celebrated his birthday by our Church: John and Marla Mother, Mother of Jesus (we rnerayaloannya in September). We may want to add the birthday of Jesus in the above list, but he is much more than just a saint. Jesus is the Son of God. John is

Mark 4:26-34

Lidya Sinaga was busy preparing to face the so-called final examination -EBTANAS EBTA. As with other friends, every evening she flipped through the books and records of the subjects to be tested. However, he has a unique habit of study when compared with their peers.

Early in her studies, she always opened her private notebook (similar to a diary). On the first page of the notebook is stored image of the Holy Spirit. In the back of the picture is written piece that he wrote his own prayer. Content of the prayer was very simple and brief: Come O Holy Spirit. Enlighten my mind to understand my lessons. Help me to always succeed in my studies and when I pass this exam, assists me with the strength of your spirit so that I could join with Thy faithful servants of the Congregation of Servants of the Holy Spirit. Amin.

One day, her beloved mother finds her notebook on the desk. The mother was shocked when she read the prayer. Frankly, she expressed a surprise to her husband: "I never imagined that this child has a pure intention, namely to become a nun. Especially these days is more or less three guys who are always in contact with her ".

Her husband was trying to dismiss: "And what we plan to continue their education at university level? She herself would know and agree with the direction that we have to offer him ".

At night, the parents tried to inquire Lidya decision. they were surprised when Lidya showed them of her application filing and a reply letter from the Monastery per se. Apparently the plan was unanimous.

        MARK 4: 26-34

A princess was perplexed to see her mother sowing the grains of rice to the ground. She asked her mother, "Why .. to what extent my mother sows the grain  ". Mother replied, "We are planting more rice seed son". "But what of the mother if she would like it's planted, later the seed cannot breathe". Said her daughter, who looked more confused. A week later, the mother brought her daughter back to the garden. The princess then was surprised that the first grain planted by her mother is now flourishing. "Oh .. so that's the way mother plants rice, "said her daughter told her mother. Her mother just looked at her daughter's smile.
Things concerning the kingdom of God is also portrayed Jesus as a man who sowed the seeds in the soil. Shoots will emerge from the seed and the person does not know how. But he believed that the seed will grow into a sprout and produce abundant fruit. Kingdom of Heaven is also like a tiny mustard seed, but when he sprinkled it will grow into large trees and even bird will raise its nest in it. Who is allowed to get in there? Paul said that all people will face the court of Christ, that each person getting what he deserves, according to this he does in his life, rose or evil (2 Corinthians 5:10).
All persons who have sowed the seeds in the field have never seen how the process is. They have never seen on  how the seed is out of the seed and penetrates into the ground until it's out of the earth. But all farmers believe that the seeds are bound to grow and will yield abundant fruit. Seed that has grown too will produce an abundant harvest if he were to care for properly. Seeds also need food and drink so that he could survive. People will be happy if he sow with love, because he will reap with cheers. People who in the love of his life will surely always be sprinkled with the future that  will reap love. (# Dani / musings CITRA)

(Mark 14: 12 -16, 22-26)

The last supper of Jesus was held to renew the agreement between God and man as well as the implementation of the work of human liberation.

In the Old Testament, the covenant between God and man marked with the sprinkling of blood on the altar of sacrificial animals and people.

In the New Testament, Jesus gave His body and blood as a sacrifice. He was the priest who offered sacrifices at once became the Lamb of God who was sacrificed.

His blood shed on the cross purify our consciences, so that ultimately we all can receive eternal salvation for the elect, as promised.

After purifying the human race by His blood, Jesus gave His body to be sources of strength our struggle toward the promised land, the heavenly life with God.

Thoroughly, giving body and blood of Jesus for us to be the embodiment of God's will for always be united in our lives, accompany, maintain, gives strength and helps us to go the way of salvation for the faithful who had shown him to us.

The history of Israel proves that only people who are faithful to God and the covenant in and enjoy the promised land.

Similarly, the loyal people of the New Testament to Jesus and His way of salvation, will be escorted to true salvation.

Are there my and your entry in the class of the faithful? ....DETAILS
